Whether collaborating with studios like Gearpod or launching their own experiments, Keygeek consistently prioritises feel and sound above all else.

The Keygeek T2 brings an old-school character to a modern linear switch. Designed by MZ Studio and manufactured by Keygeek, it pairs a loud, full-bodied clack with a deliberately textured keystroke.

That texture comes from the finely grained surfaces of the G1 stem and N1 top housing. Rather than aiming for a completely frictionless feel, the T2 retains a touch of scratchiness while keeping the travel smooth and consistent.

The T2 is also Keygeek’s first switch to use a POM and Kevlar blend, chosen for its solid, clacky bottom-out sound. Working alongside the N1 top and P1 bottom housing materials, it delivers a bold sound profile with plenty of presence.

Lubrication is applied selectively to preserve that character. A thin layer of 205g0 covers the stem legs and sliders, while the spring and leaf receive a dry-film lubricant. The bottom housing and stem-pole area remain unlubricated, helping minimise the risk of lubricant pooling.
