Return Window:

Eligibility:

Products must be unused and in original condition.
Items that have been installed, soldered, or used in a hotswap build are not eligible for return. Usage will be clear upon inspection.
Bent switch pins are not considered defective, as this may occur during manufacturer packaging or handling. If you need help fixing a pin just contact us.

Defective Items:

If an item is genuinely defective (excluding bent pins), please contact us within 30 days to arrange a return. Bent pins are not considered defects as they are always fixable at home.
Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Return Shipping Costs:

For all non-defective returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For approved defective items, we will cover return postage.

Process:

All returns must be pre-approved by us before being sent back.
