HMX Egg Yolk Linear (10 Pack)

HMX is well known as one of the best switch manufacturers globally. They have top tier factory lubrication processes, moulds and designs. They have been known for some of the most impressive clacky linears ever released, and this time they have applied a new technology entirely.

The Egg Yolk does not behave like its' name suggests. I would have called this the lettuce or something crispy. But this is why I don't work in Marketing. Anyway. This is the crispest switch I have ever used. 

In hand the switch produces an immensely satisfying ringing crisp clack, which reaches an entirely different level installed into a keyboard. Impressively when this is inserted into a thocky foamy board it doesn't lose it's natural character, but when this is inside a clacky build it really shines. Co-workers may not like this one folks. Handle with care. With great clack comes great responsibility.
