Haimu Moonlight Silent Tactile Magnetic Switch (10 pack)

One of the most recent categories of switch being produced is the "dome" incorporated magnetic switches. These have had a few manufacturers, and Haimu has emerged as one of the leaders in this space.

The Haimu Moonlight Silent Tactile Magnetic switches are hot swappable and have a small dome in the base of the mechanism which contacts the PCB and produces the tactile event. These are a hybrid technology and one of the first of a new wave of magnetic switches which promise to provide a cross over between topre and magnetic gaming performance keyboards.

I would describe the typing experience of these to be a little lighter than 45g Topre OEM domes - perhaps more comparable to 40g Metakeebs domes. They are very silent and very well made.

Please be aware that these switches contain loose components. The domes that are inserted in the underside of the switches are capable of falling out in transit and so we pack these carefully by hand into bags of ten to be sure you have all the domes you need. But before throwing away the pouch or packaging check to be sure you have all the domes you need along with the switch housings. They are see through and we don't have extras to send out.
