Cherry MX2A Purple

Cherry MX Purple delivers a subtle, yet distinct tactile bump without a click. It has the classic Cherry signature sound experience, along with solid factory lubrication generating a consistently smooth experience. MX Purple is Cherry’s first-ever creator collab which was designed with Glarses to mark his 1M milestone. What started as a long-running inside joke (“Cherry Purples”) became real: a smooth, refined tactile built on MX2A internals. Proof that sometimes the meme does become reality. This is great for medium tactile lovers.

Note: The Cherry MX Purple switches and Ergo Clear switches are both manufactured with a broader stem than their cousins. This results in a rare but real risk of keycap application causing cracked keycap entry points. We recommend that for safety you either purchase and use a switch stem trimmer which can be found at a number of retailers prior to using these on high value keycaps or employ one of the MKUK service providers to take care of this for you. We can guide you to them.
