Originally created by keyboard enthusiasts as a custom switch using MX Clear springs in MX Brown housings, the Ergo Clear gained cult status for its smooth, medium-weight tactile bump and excellent modding potential.

Cherry, recognising the community’s passion and precision, made this unofficial favourite an official member of the MX family. The result is a tactile switch with a smoother and much more defined bump than MX Browns, lighter actuation than MX Clears, and just the right level of feedback for serious typists and tactility lovers.
