Please only buy these after consulting either us or another person experienced in Millmaxing to help you understand if these sockets are the ones you need for your board. Don't be shy to reach out. Lots of complexity in sockets, and refunds not available on this item due to the use of solder.

We have access to experts who will guide as to if this is the right socket for your PCB and who can install these for you as a service - quoted on request.

Because all switches have two pins - 10 of these sockets can millmax 5 switch locations. 

So, as a guide, if you are working with a 60 percent board, you will need 60 switch locations mill-maxed, which is 120 sockets minimum - but it's always worth ordering 1 extra quantity in case soldering doesn't quite work for you. It's a fiddly process.
