HMX x Renalabs Yuyu Tactile (10 pack)

TLDR - Clacky insta-bump tactile switch with Type R / BSUN Ocean vibes in an RGB friendly housing.

HMX have released a variety of stunning tactile switches over the past year since they began diversifying away from clacky linear switch designs. This switch from Renalabs takes inspiration from the latest trend towards ultra short pre-travel combined with a round bump lasting the entire keypress.

The Yuyu cranks almost immediately into a lovely round bump which ends at the base of the keypress with a long pole bottom out and a defined clack. Sound profile is mid high pitch. This is going to suit a keyboard with great acoustics but may overwhelm a more budget setup as it will cause any unwanted resonance to become audible. Foamy boards will love this switch as well.
