The HHKB Professional 2 (Happy Hacking Keyboard) is a highly sought-after model, combining compact form, precision, and renowned Topre tactility, making it a timeless piece for professionals and enthusiasts alike.

Product Description
This HHKB Professional 2 unit dates back to September 2015 and has been carefully inspected and restored by The Thocc Exchange team. The keyboard features a replacement set of PBT keycaps with printed legends. While these keycaps are not the original HHKB stock, they still provide a comfortable typing experience and maintain a solid, durable feel, albeit with slightly lower quality than the originals.

The hallmark Topre domes on this unit are noticeably aged, delivering a particularly strong and satisfying tactility—one of the most tactile units we've seen in the store. It’s perfect for enthusiasts who crave a more responsive touch, thanks to the natural aging of the domes.

This unit has been sold to us as one that has bluetooth and QMK compatibility but we have not been able to confirm that and therefore have not priced this into the board.

Condition

• Cosmetic Wear: Very minimal wear on the overall case, with a small amount of yellowing at the bottom front.
• Notable Marks: A chip in the front right corner of the case that has removed a small piece of plastic. This cosmetic flaw does not affect the sound or feel of the keyboard and remains hidden from view during use.

• Testing: We electronically test every unit to ensure full functionality.
• Deep Cleaning: All keycaps are removed, and both the chassis and keycaps undergo thorough cleaning with disinfectants and other agents to achieve a refurbished standard of cleanliness. While some marks may persist under the keycaps, we aim to deliver a unit that is as close to new condition as possible.
